Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born in South London, England into an ethnically diverse family. She has a mother who is English and her father is Nigerian. She grew up on a south London council estate, and went to The Brit School at age fourteen. In London, she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting degree was earned. During her time at the school, she was a part-time actor in a number of stage productions, including the King Henry V playing Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her acting career with a film titled Storm Damage. Since then, Madekwe has appeared in Teachers as well as Doctors. Madekwe landed her first motion-picture role in the Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. She then played Elisha, the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In her role, she also played Ollie in the six episodes of Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. She played Bambi in The ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also starred as the title character in How to lose friends & betray people and be apathetic, which premiered on Sony Pictures Entertainment back in the year 2008. Her credits in theatre include Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams and Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe debuted in the US with The Beautiful Life. The drama program ran at The CW for only two episodes, before it was cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge from February 2011. After appearing on the show for the initial two seasons it was announced in May 2013 that Madekwe would leave the show after an appearance as a guest in the pilot episode in the season's third. She starred as Tituba in the TV show Salem between 2014 and the year 2016. Madekwe, along with her boyfriend of many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were married in June 2012. They both appeared on Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They also starred together in Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in an extended family. Her parents were Roy and Patty Leggat. Four of her older brothers were also present including twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's brothers, who are all sportsmen, played in the summer months and play hockey in the winter months. Ashley couldn't walk, however she could dance. This led to the fact that as she grew older when she was two, she began to learn about Baby Ballet. Ashley discovered a love for dancing when she began Baby Ballet. Ashley was a dancer who competed throughout the various divisions until she finished high school. She was a competitor in ballet, jazz, tap and pointe, as well as Acrobatics. She was crowned the top soloist at each of the major dance competitions including, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 5-6-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance to name a few.
